OUR STORY
Bridge Capital Resources™ LLC is a private money lender whose mission is to leverage entrepreneurial creativity bringing about inspired vision for transformation. We provide capital to real estate entrepreneurs for investment property acquisition, rehabilitation and stabilization. Principals of our company have nearly sixty years of combined industry experience with deep roots in the Colorado market.
We are different from banks and traditional mortgage lenders who apply agency underwriting guidelines, unique overlays, extended process and impersonal service to your loan request. Bridge Capital Resources™ LLC is primarily a collateral based lender specializing in a streamlined application process resulting in fast loan closings. All services from processing your application to servicing your loan are performed in-house.

Greg is a thirty one year veteran of the mortgage banking industry with particular expertise in loan origination, sales management and underwriting. Greg’s lending experience broadly spans the industry spectrum from retail to wholesale channels, sales to fulfillment management, and, residential to commercial real estate finance. He has been a successful senior executive at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Universal Lending Corp. and North American Mortgage Company heading organizations up to 600 people in size. Under Greg’s leadership, his groups produced in excess of 185,000 loans for $43 billion in loan volume since 1993. Greg is past chairman of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, holds a Certified Mortgage Lender designation and currently serves on its Board of Governors. Additionally, he serves on the boards of RMC Corp., a Colorado Springs real estate developer; and Fountain Valley School of Colorado where he is the former board president. Greg has been an active real estate investor since graduation from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in real estate and finance in 1985.
Matt Guarino

For 15 years prior to joining Bridge Capital Resources, Matt has been investing in value-add opportunities in residential and commercial real estate in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Mr. Guarino has successfully closed over 250 high-yield transaction totaling over $150 million. Mr. Guarino has a diverse financial background working with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York City, a publicly traded multi-national Fortune 50 company in New York and several start-up organizations in various leadership positions. He retired as a CPA after six years of public accounting in the real estate sector to pursue entrepreneurial interests. Mr. Guarino grew up New York and received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from James Madison University in Virginia.
